Lilliana Agazaryan, is the Co-Founder and President of Aspiring Youth in Sports Foundation, an organization she launched in 2024 alongside her partner, Kristina Bodozian. Motivated by a lifelong passion for sports, and a strong awareness of disparities faced by underprivileged communities, Lilliana founded the organization to help bridge the gap in access to sports equipment, opportunities, and resources. Through this initiative, she aims to empower young athletes to pursue the sports they love, regardless of any financial barriers they may face. Today, Lilliana leads the foundation's efforts to organize charities and donation drives, with the goal of equipping youth with the resources necessary to thrive in athletics. Her dedication to service is reflected in every aspect in every of the organization's mission.

Outside of Aspiring Youth in Sports Foundation, Liliana is deeply involved in her school community. She is an active member of the Congressional Debate team and serves as Captain of the Mock Trial Team. In addition, to her academic and extracurricular commitments, she participates in multiple community outreach programs, continuously seeking ways to learn, serve, and help those around her. Lilliana is passionate about growing the Aspiring Youth in Sports Foundation and is committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of young athletes.
