Aspiring Youth In Sports Foundation is a Non Profit organization formed in 2024 by two friends who share an immense passion for sports. Their friendship began due to their shared interest in the sport of ice hockey and has only continued to grow since. Their current goal is to increase American youth hockey participation by easing the financial burden that many families face as a result of equipment costs and resources like training and ice-time.
Through collaborations with charitable organizations, donations, and fundraising, the foundation will be able to collect the resources necessary to decrease the overall playing cost for many, providing families with the opportunity to participate in an affordable youth hockey experience.
Currently we are working on a collaboration with former Los Angeles King Ice Hockey player, Daryl Evans and the Los Angeles Kings organization's pre-existing gear drive. The "Kings Care Foundation" has been accepting gently-used, gear donations in order to re-distribute and help the underprivileged youth in need.
So far, through fundraising and donations, the foundation has been able to support 10+ youth hockey players in accomplishing their dreams of playing in an international ice hockey tournament located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
