Kristina Bodozan is the Co-Founder and President of Aspiring Youth in Sports Foundation, a non-profit organization that she and her partner began in order to provide avenues for young athletes who want to pursue their passions, the same way Lilliana and Kristina have the ability to pursue their own. Driven by hard work and determination, Kristina’s goal is to democratize hockey, and in the process, hopes to forge unforgettable memories and pathways into committing to the sport that these children aspire to play. Not only is Kristina’s mission meaningful to her community, but also to her, as she is granted the ability to spread her immense love for sports, while simultaneously inspiring younger generations to pursue their dreams without worrying about the financial burdens they may be facing.
In the upcoming year, Kristina will be attending the University of Miami, majoring in sport administration with a minor in sports medicine. Throughout her high school years, she was a delegate, a commissioner, and a leader. Being a part of Model United Nations has allowed her to find a true passion for public speaking and advocating for issues that are deeply rooted in her heart. Furthermore, she plans to take her non-profit organization and expand it outside of the greater Los Angeles region, giving adolescents in Miami the opportunity to join our community and foster change, providing opportunities for all.
